Menopause means Men-o-Pause!
Menopause is considered as the last menstrual in women in their late 40s and early 50s and women stop producing ova eggs and there is also change in women hormone levels. The women would not produce any egg which would not allow her to reproduce any children in her life. Menopause is not at all avoidable in female and that will also bring many changes in the women life. It is very much suggested that women should learn what to expect and what they can do to assist the transition from reproductive to non- reproductive phase. Menopause is not a diseases and cannot even said as a disorder in women. It is a time period through which every woman has to go. Some women face very difficulties. Menopause is opposite to menarche, which is the starting of periods in young girls. In menopause, period does not stop at once.
In menopause, women have sleepless nights, they have hot flashes which create feeling of warmth, which can be felt in head and neck regions this happens because of the decline level in estrogen which they use to release menstrual time, and hot flashes show symptoms like redness of skin, they sometimes occur in night, sweats, memory loss, and Cardio vascular diseases.
Men are suggested to take more care of their partner at such time. As women are going through this menopause they should be keeping a distance keeping the symptoms in mind. Some suggestions are like as given below:-
While going through menopause, sometime men would need to exit in middle of intercourse. Don’t ask questions at the time, there is nothing worse than having to explain yourself in these situations, because she may even get hot flashes or any symptoms given above. Please do not avoid her condition.
In such time, the sex drive of women may reduce little bit, that do not mean that the sexual life is over. Wait for her to get out of menopause.
