What is Exercise?


Exercise is any form of physical activity that helps to improve overall health and increase the strength . Most movement of the body is considered beneficial, as long as it is done in moderation and at the skill level of the person. There are different ways for people to exercise including, swimming, walking, sports activities, and dancing. Person beginning an exercise program should go for activities that fit their levels of strength and endurance that is stamina level. Exercise that causes extreme or unbearable pain or discomfort is considered by many experts as unhealthy, and may even cause permanent damage to the body. Exercising on a daily basis may decrease the risk of developing many illnesses, such as heart disease. Based on expert opinion and views, most regular exercise plans adjusted for the abilities and goals of the person are about equally beneficial. 

  

     The British Academy of Family Physicians recommends that persons choose exercise programs they will do consistently. They also recommend lower impact forms of exercise, such as walking or swimming for pregnant persons and person unable to handle more intense forms of exercise which they cant do.Current opinion finds regular exercise to boost energy, encourage healthy sleep patterns and help individuals maintain a regular weight. All major medical organizations recommend exercise as one of the most important ways to stay healthy and recover after illness.

     

 

         The way we do all the exercise is not as important as a consistent exercise schedule. Most experts today agree and believe that burning calories should not be the goal of exercise; rather, the achievement of overall physical fitness is the important factor in remaining health. Wen the levels of physical activity increases in person even slightly may significantly prove beneficial for  a person's health life.
